We’re very excited about Pity the Animal, the new chapbook from Chelsea Hodson. (Here’s one example of her work.) She describes it as exploring “the concept of human submission and commodification by way of window displays, wild animals, performance art, and sugar daddy dating websites.” It’ll be out from Future Tense in May, and can now be pre-ordered from the publisher. Hodson has also released a disorienting, dreamlike trailer for the book, which you can see below.
