Sidney Lumet’s 1964 film “The Pawnbroker,” with Rod Steiger’s Oscar-nominated performance in the title role, was, according to Mr. Harrison, “such a negative movie.” (Via New York Times article on Pawn Stars) Umm yeah dude.  It’s based off a book about a holocaust survivor.  What did you expect?
